Where should I upload oscam.conf?
The exact folder depends on the image and build. Common locations include /etc/tuxbox/config/ and /usr/keys/. Check the OSCam start command or WebIF configuration path before replacing anything.
Is my WebIF password sent to cccamservice.com?
No. This wizard runs entirely in your browser. The form values are used only to build the downloadable text file on your device.
Why is a wide httpallowed range risky?
A wide range can expose WebIF to devices that should not have access. Prefer localhost, your private LAN or a dedicated VPN subnet, and protect WebIF with a strong unique password.
Can I use this file on every OSCam build?
Most generated directives are broadly supported, but available options can vary between builds. Keep a backup and check your OSCam log after restarting.
